Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES

The NYS Leadership Conference and Skills Championships was held in Syracuse, NY, April 25-26th. OAOC sent 21 SkillsUSA members to participate in 13 different competitions that were both team and individual-based. The Engineering Technology Design (Trevor C., Lee M., and Nicholas T.) and Welding Fabrication (Jason R., Mehki R., and Madison S.) teams placed third in the state, earning medals and stage recognition. Other competitors were also successful in building their skills and confidence. Great work by all!
