Stamford Central School often looks for substitute aides, bus drivers, licensed teacher assistants, maintenance workers, and teachers throughout the year. Applications for these positions must be submitted for approval by the Board of Education. Applications need to be submitted to the main office at least four weeks prior to a monthly board meeting during the school year. They are only good during a current school calendar year from July through June. It is encouraged that applications be submitted in June for each new calendar year due to substitute orientation that will take place prior to beginning employment. After applications are approved, applicants will be notified to begin employment when each position is needed throughout the year.
