CASSC is excited to continue to offer leadership training for non-instructional leaders in our schools.  Directors of Transportation, Food Service managers, facilities, technology, office managers, accounting supervisors, head custodians, HR professionals and anyone else who supervises on-teaching staff in a school will benefit from these workshops.  The fall program will be an in-person workshop at SUNY Oneonta on our shared ONC/DCMO conference day on October 11, 2024.

The Topics of the Workshop are:

• Session 1 - Building a Foundation for Effective Leadership. Presenter: Jeff Linn, Educational Consultant and Retired School teacher.

• Session 2 - Supervising and Evaluating Employees. Presenter: Douglas Favalaro, Director, ONC BOCES Employee Relations

• Session 3 -Networking and Collegial Exchange

In order to add this program, CASSC member districts who belong to ONC may submit a Request for Additional Services form to BOCES.  CASSC member districts from DCMO may submit a Cross-Contract.
