IRS Announces 2025 Contributions for Flexible Spending Accounts
The IRS has announced an increase to the health care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contribution limits for the 2025 plan year. The 2025 FSA contribution level maximum will be $3,300, and the rollover is $660. For Dependent Care FSAs, employees may contribute up to $5,000 per year if they are married and filing a joint return, or if they are a single parent. If they are married and filing separately, they may contribute up to $2,500 per year per parent.
