Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout-Tagout)
Mandate:
Legislation and/or Regulation:

This ensures that inadvertent operation cannot occur, and no residual energy remains. A Lockout-Tagout plan must be developed and maintained for all covered equipment and systems. Staff must also be trained and proper records kept.
