Health occupations are a growing industry in New York, which has an aging population. Certified nursing assistants work in many areas of the healthcare industry.

To be eligible for this class you must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum eighth-grade reading level and sixth-grade math comprehension level. CDO Workforce is offering limited assistance funding to eligible candidates. Class size is limited. Tuition is $1,650 and includes textbooks, uniforms, and the Nurse-Aide Certification Exam. 


Courses are scheduled to begin January 9th, 2018 and will continue through February 16th, 2018. The Nurse-Aide-Certification exam will take place on the final day of classes, during the week of February 13th. 

Classes will take place Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM - 3:30 PM, except for the week of February 6th, which will include clinical sessions. Clinical sessions are from 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
